WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Serve as the primary first responder for maintenance requests across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring timely and professional service. Perform advanced preventative maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and general building trades. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including motors, laundry machines, and commercial kitchen equipment, replacing worn or defective components as needed. Lead and oversee maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry projects, providing updates and progress reports to leadership. Design, build, and repair structural elements such as cabinetry, furniture, doors, walls, and trim throughout the property. Respond to guest and staff service calls, completing repairs for items such as Wi-Fi, televisions, phones, locks, and safes while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
6-10 years of specialized experience in facilities, engineering, or a related field, with advanced technical knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or specialized training in a relevant field preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations, with the ability to perform complex tasks requiring sustained focus and problem-solving. Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex issues, and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Physically capable of working in varied environments, lifting up to 40 lbs. Maintaining flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings, while collaborating effectively with teams and working independently.

The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
