Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring optimal operational performance across manufacturing and industrial environments. This energetic role requires a hands-on leader with strong mechanical, electrical, and management skills to oversee maintenance activities, coordinate projects, and uphold safety standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable facility. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services that support production goals and organizational excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and low/high voltage equipment Lead troubleshooting efforts using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and swiftly Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset history Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing maintenance culture Plan and execute complex projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment replacements with effective project management practices Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage and low voltage systems), industrial maintenance standards, and OSHA requirements Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, schematics, technical manuals, and inspection reports for audit purposes Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot electrical circuits effectively Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical expertise in both low voltage and high voltage systems Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and automation troubleshooting Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking Knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and facilities management principles Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Experience supervising projects from planning through execution within manufacturing or industrial settings Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor where your expertise will directly impact our operational excellence!
