Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties Estimate, plan, and kit all work performed by craft personnel in a cost-effective manner Provide detailed, step-by-step plans, parts, and materials to the Crafts and supervisors, which will allow them to effectively complete their work. This includes planning for day-to-day maintenance activities, as well as planned and unplanned maintenance Assist in determining work priorities through discussions with maintenance, engineering, and production leadership Own, manage, and monitor department maintenance work orders, Bill of Materials, and metrics to allow prompt scheduling and completion of work Responsible for asset management, Bill of Materials, and metrics to allow prompt scheduling and completion of work Responsible for maintaining equipment maintenance plans and preventive maintenance work orders Responsible for procuring and ordering parts Continuously monitor schedule adherence and execution to identify and communicate changes to current and future schedules Assist in maintenance/production training Assist in setting up EHS procedures Handle unexpected downtime issues Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Matching Holidays Sick-Time Pay-for-Performance Incentive Job Type Full-time Monday through Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Nash, TX 75569 •The posted salary range is intended to provide general compensation guidance. Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, and offers at the top of the range are uncommon and typically reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. •Qualifications & Education Requirements High school education or GED Technical experience in heavy industry with emphasis on all phases of maintenance, installation of manufacturing equipment, and support maintenance systems At least 2 years of either Maintenance Scheduling or Maintenance Experience Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite) Ability to work flexible hours as needed The ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external vendors
