Supv Facilities

Must be skilled in all aspects of Industrial Maintenance. Must be proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components and construction. Must possess the ability to implement Preventive and predictive maintenance tools. Must have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Must have good verbal and written skills. Minimum of High School diploma. A minimum of 3 years on the job experience in all skills listed above in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics with a Degree in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited institution preferred. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics. Previous experience supervising employees including evaluating performance and coaching is preferred. Must have a minimum of basic computer skills and the willingness to learn new software. Managing shift personnel, job planning, parts requisitions and vendor contacts for outside sourcing, clerical duties as required by department mgr, and HR.
