MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm $32.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations and long-term development Assign and prioritize work orders based on production needs and equipment urgency Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets company standards Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment used in chemical milling, anodizing, fabrication, and painting operations Troubleshoot and assist with repairs involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Provide hands-on support for complex or high-priority equipment issues Maintain facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, and utilities Ensure proper operation of exhaust systems, scrubbers, and environmental controls Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability Review maintenance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals Enforce safety procedures including OSHA standards and lockout/tagout practices Support safe handling of chemicals and compliance with environmental regulations Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate downtime with production teams Manage inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies Track and report maintenance performance metrics such as downtime and equipment reliability Communicate equipment status and maintenance updates with leadership and team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of industrial systems including motors, controls, pumps, valves, and fluid handling equipment Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and wear required safety equipment, including a respirator if needed
