We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and holiday lighting , serving both residential and commercial clients with top-tier service. We're known for delivering 5-star service with a friendly attitude. This is a commission-based position with paid training provided. We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of leading a crew while maintaining Shine's quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead a crew of 1-2 technicians on daily job routes Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Shine's quality standards Communicate clearly with customers and ensure 5-star service Manage equipment, materials, and daily logistics
What We're Looking For:
Experience in window cleaning or a similar field (window cleaning, pressure washing, or related services) Strong leadership skills and attention to detail Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to think on your feet and solve problems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Availability on Saturdays is mandatory during the month of November due to high demand for holiday lighting services
