A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

As a Property Maintenance Director, you take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds. You complete any maintenance requests from our residents. Whether you're performing carpentry, electrical, or general repair work, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life. Every day is different, and you enjoy the variety in your job!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Building maintenance skills, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and remodeling Must be a good problem-solver and a good communicator Must be friendly and enjoy working with others, especially seniors Do you enjoy working with your hands? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Is your attention to detail exceptional? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule. The typical hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm .
