What you'll do: Hire, supervise, and manage the performance of maintenance team members and ensure that all associates follow established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies Coordinates with contractors and venders making sure insurance and licenses are current Conducts regular inspections of all Life Safety Systems including fire extinguishers, sprinkler and alarm systems Maintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts and equipment. Develop performance standards and processes for the maintenance function Manage the department within budgetary guidelines tracking inventory usage and ordering supplies when necessary Understands and implements the role of the department's safety and disaster plan What we need from you: HVAC experience, preferred Long term care or skilled nursing facility maintenance experience, preferred Leadership skills Willingness to learn and grow with our team Dependability If you are interested in joining the Harrison Pointe Family as a Maintenance Director please apply with resume here or feel free to text Jenn HR at 801-529-4844.
