Property Maintenance Supervisor RCPM Utah Ogden, UT Job Details Full-time $27 - $30 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Residential painting Driver's License Appliance repair Organizational skills Manual handling Full Job Description We are a family-owned property management company serving a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Ogden, Roy, Clearfield, and Salt Lake City. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance team and ensure that all properties are well cared for with pride and professionalism. Position Overview The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. This includes supervising team members, scheduling and prioritizing work orders, ensuring units are prepared for turnover, and monitoring budget adherence. The role requires a strong balance of leadership, organization, and hands-on maintenance skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee completion of maintenance tasks across multiple properties Schedule, assign, and follow up on daily priorities for the maintenance team Monitor budgets, track labor hours, and ensure cost-effective use of materials Diagnose and perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances as needed Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors when required Ensure work orders and turnovers are completed on time and to quality standards Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis Qualifications Prior experience in residential maintenance management or supervisory role strongly preferred Solid background in general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and painting Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage a team while also working independently when needed Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license (travel between properties required) Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks as necessary Experience with the property management software AppFolio preferred Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay: $27-$30 per hour depending on experience, with room to grow!
