Benefits Eligibility Summary Job Summary:
Supervises employees in all phases of golf course maintenance to include maintenance of all tees, fairways, greens, roughs and peripheral golf course areas. Manages daily course preparations for both member/guest and tournament play. Assists in personnel management, evaluation, employee safety, personnel discipline and is often responsible for daily work scheduling based on professional interpretation. Instructs/trains employees on the proper operation and care of all equipment; supervises pesticide applications and/or operates and calibrates pesticide application equipment. Supervises repairs, schedules watering, oversight of maintenance regarding irrigation systems and pumpstationsJob Specifications:

Quality control oversight Employee scheduling Safety training and documentation Operational training and documentation Time and Labor reporting and input Pesticide/fertilizer application, calibration and handling responsibilities Irrigation scheduling, troubleshooting and repair work Employee motivation Other duties as assignedJob Requirements :
2 or 4 year degree or professional degree equivalent in turf management, plant science or other similar agriculturally related degree/field of study Minimum of three seasons/years of golf maintenance experience Previous supervisory experience necessary Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Colorado pesticide applicators license basic computer operation- Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred. English necessary
