WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent - Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee all aspects of our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing landscape maintenance crews and delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscape maintenance crews Ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with client expectations Oversee the scheduling of crews and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or requests Monitor and manage inventory of materials and supplies Maintain accurate records of work performed, expenses, and client feedback Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects Stay current on industry trends and best practices for landscape maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Horticulture or landscaping certification is a plus If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for landscaping, we want to hear from you.
