As a Senior Maintenance Manager , you'll lead maintenance operations within an Amazon fulfillment center, driving equipment reliability, safety, operational performance, and continuous improvement. You'll develop high-performing teams, partner with Operations and Engineering leaders, and help ensure world-class service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role offers significant career growth with opportunities to advance into Regional Maintenance Manager and other senior leadership positions. What You'll Do Lead maintenance operations for a highly automated facility. Coach and develop maintenance managers and technicians. Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze maintenance metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime. Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance budgets. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards. Partner with site leadership to support operational goals. What You Bring 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automated facilities. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, conveyor, controls, and automated systems. Proven experience leading teams and improving equipment reliability. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
Compensation Salary:
$145,000-$165,000 20% Annual Bonus Schedule based on business needs with participation in an on-call rotation. Why Cushman & Wakefield?
