We're looking for a hands-on, can-do Maintenance Rock Star to help keep Riverway running smooth, safe, and looking its best.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff and provide guidance and support
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems
  • Fabricate or modify parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Create and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, including high voltage applications
  • Experience with HVAC systems and controls
  • Familiarity with facilities management principles
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent supervisory skills to effectively lead a team of maintenance staff
  • Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
