Riverway Assisted Living is looking for an amazing Maintenance Director to join our team! At Riverway, our residents are family, and our Maintenance Director plays a huge role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for them every day. What you'll do: Complete routine maintenance and repairs Manage preventative maintenance programs Coordinate vendors and contractors Ensure building safety and regulatory compliance Assist with apartment turnovers and facility projects Respond to maintenance requests with a positive attitude Help keep our community beautiful inside and out What we're looking for: General maintenance experience Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs Strong problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and work independently Dependable, organized, and team-oriented A heart for seniors and a willingness to serve others Why Riverway?
