NXT Property Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at The Gallery Apartments in Springville, Utah . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician or supervisor who enjoys solving problems, leading by example, and making a positive impact on residents' lives. In addition to overseeing maintenance at The Gallery, this position will provide support to other NXT communities approximately two days per week as business needs require , helping ensure our properties continue to operate at the highest standards. What You'll Do As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at The Gallery Apartments while ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You'll lead maintenance efforts, coordinate repairs, support resident satisfaction, and assist neighboring communities as needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for The Gallery Apartments Respond to and complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general building maintenance issues Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing unit turns efficiently and to company standards Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs Maintain curb appeal through light groundskeeping and property upkeep Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Assist and provide maintenance support at other NXT communities approximately two days per week as needed Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with residents Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English General computer proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous maintenance supervisory experience Experience in multifamily housing, apartment maintenance, or property management Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general maintenance Experience with groundskeeping and property upkeep Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between communities Ready to Join Our Team?
