What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF? Lead and manage the field utilities team to ensure reliable, uninterrupted utility supply (water, electricity, steam, compressed air) Manage operations of the Biological Treatment Plant, Rendering Plant, Boiler Plant, and Cold Area facilities Maintain the optimal performance, safety, and integrity of utilities assets and facilities Monitor and manage utilities and maintenance performance through KPIs Ensure effective availability and reliability of maintenance tools, equipment, instruments, and devices Develop organizational capability by training the team on maintenance operations and standards, and by developing and retaining talent within area of responsibility Own utilities and maintenance cost management while complying with corporate maintenance standards Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards by enforcing safe working practices, risk assessments, and timely reporting of incidents What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area Minimum 3 years of maintenance & utilities experience, ideally in an industrial plant Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices Understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram) Intermediate English proficiency (preferred) Flexibility to work alternate hours and shifts (required) Living in İzmir or willing to relocate What competencies are key to this role? Strong work ethic, proactive mindset and commitment to excellence High level of professional integrity Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and develop teams and manage resources effectively Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to perform under pressure What can you expect from Banvit MBRF?
