Maintenance Manager

Job Overview Premier Rollertainment Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Manager to support our six family entertainment centers across the Roanoke region, including Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, and Lynchburg. This is a hands-on, traveling position responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and experienced in general maintenance across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems Complete preventative maintenance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Respond to urgent maintenance requests and facility needs Maintain equipment, attractions, and building systems to ensure safe operation Coordinate with management on larger repairs or vendor needs Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed Ensure all facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards Requirements Basic working knowledge of: Plumbing Electrical systems HVAC systems General building maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Must have reliable transportation Must have own tools Ability to travel between locations regularly Strong time management and communication skills Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical work Schedule Monday through Friday Full time hours On call for emergencies on weekends and holidays Compensation & Perks $20 per hour Travel reimbursement provided Opportunity to work across multiple fun, fast-paced entertainment venues Stable, year-round position About Us Premier Rollertainment Group operates multiple family entertainment centers across the region, including roller skating rinks, inflatable parks, and attractions designed to bring fun and memorable experiences to our communities.
