If you're a Maintenance Director dedicated to planning, directing, and supervising all maintenance at the facility to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents, we want to hear from you.- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Virginia driver's license
- Must have at least four (4) years experience in maintenance
- Possess fundamental requirements for electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and various mechanical systems Preferred
- Training in a trade school or apprentice program in the maintenance field
