Vermeer All Roads in Chesapeake, VA is searching for a customer-focused professional who is ready to make an impact as a Service Manager . This position will manage the service department, control costs, create strong customer relationships and achieve sales/profit objectives. Additionally, the Service Manager will address customer concerns and ensure all service work is performed efficiently and effectively. Compensation & Schedule Salary plus commission - based on experience $100k+ OTE Full-time position, Monday-Friday schedule Benefits Paid training Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance offerings (eligible on the 1st of the month after 30 days) 401(k) with company contribution Paid vacation and sick time Company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Responsibilities Monitor the service department's performance Continually observe and mentor Service Writers to enforce good habits and ensure exceptional customer service Communicate and dispatch service work to technicians Maintain and build customer relationships Work successfully with Service Writers and Technicians within the Service Department Perform all other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Previous shop management experience Prior mechanic/technician experience preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude with the ability to motivate employees Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently Work Authorization / Security Clearance Vermeer All Roads does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
