Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and parts management. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled team of technicians. Ensure quality control while up safety and industry standards. Manage financial aspects of service, including estimates and invoicing.

Qualifications:

Experience in service management or a similar automotive role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to excellence. Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is advantageous. About the
