Job Description

Fleet Maintenance Supervisor / Shop Manager Bilingual English/Spanish Required Lorton, VA - Mon - Fri, 6am to 2:30pm If you take pride in keeping equipment running, fixing problems before breakdowns, and organizing a busy shop, this could be a long-term career move, not just another job. A well established and growing landscaping company is seeking a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor / Shop Manager to lead and improve shop operations. This is a real leadership role where your work directly affects the field crews every day. What You Will Do
  • Lead maintenance for trucks, trailers, landscaping equipment, and small engines Run daily shop work, set schedules & repair priorities while leading an Assistant Mechanic Handle PMs to keep equipment running and reduce breakdowns Handle diagnostics across diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Manage parts inventory, vendors, and repair documentation Support field crews by ensuring safe, reliable equipment every day
REQUIRED

  • Bilingual English and Spanish Experience leading a diesel, fleet, or shop maintenance operation Hands on ability with diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics and repair Experience supervising mechanics and running a shop, including assignments and scheduling Strong background in PMs, with experience managing inventory and repair records
  • Valid driver's license Why This Role Is Different

Salary and Benefits:
$75,000 to $95,000 per year (Depending on experience) and eligible for OT Medical, dental, vision insurance. 401k and 8 paid holidays 3 weeks PTO per year, and benefits start after 30 days Includes company vehicle for work use and take-home use plus yearly performance bonus and higher pay for snow work at 1.5x rate If you are known as the person who keeps everything running and you are ready for a job where that skill leads and drives results, we should talk.
