A well established and growing landscaping company is seeking a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor / Shop Manager to lead and improve shop operations. This is a real leadership role where your work directly affects the field crews every day. What You Will Do

• Lead maintenance for trucks, trailers, landscaping equipment, and small engines Run daily shop work, set schedules & repair priorities while leading an Assistant Mechanic Handle PMs to keep equipment running and reduce breakdowns Handle diagnostics across diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Manage parts inventory, vendors, and repair documentation Support field crews by ensuring safe, reliable equipment every day

REQUIRED

• Bilingual English and Spanish Experience leading a diesel, fleet, or shop maintenance operation Hands on ability with diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics and repair Experience supervising mechanics and running a shop, including assignments and scheduling Strong background in PMs, with experience managing inventory and repair records

Salary and Benefits:
