Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial and mechanical maintenance, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will coordinate maintenance activities across multiple departments, manage a team of technicians, and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities management will drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks Oversee emaintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installations, and system upgrades with a focus on efficiency and safety Monitor industrial maintenance activities involving HVAC systems, and other mechanical components Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with basic carpentry, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical maintenance, assembling furniture and installing fixtures Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and general facilities management practices Experience supervising projects involving manufacturing or industrial operations Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and coordination Demonstrated ability to lead teams using strong leadership skills while fostering a safety-first culture Join us as a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance initiatives with energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
