Full Job Description Pay Rate:

$25.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on prior experience

Expected Hours:

Report to one site, five days per week, M-F, full-time from approximately 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM Must be able to work nights and/or weekends during a snow event Must be able to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability Job duties include: Lead and provide guidance for a mowing/landscaping crew of approximately five members Ensure that all workers are compliant with ERG safety protocol Lawn mowing, edging, trimming using commercial equipment such as ride on, walk behind, and stand mowers Use of small-engine equipment such as leaf blowers, electric trimmers, and hedge trimmers Landscape enhancement and design Leaf and debris removal Planter preparation and planting (trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.) Maintaining the general cleanliness of the site Snow removal during winter using heavy equipment, snow blowers, shovels, and other methods Other grounds maintenance duties Drive company vehicles while on secured site

Requirements:

US Citizenship (For secure site) Able to pass a background check (no felonies or DUIs) Previous experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance Experience operating skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment is a plus The ability to take direction and work together with other employees to complete tasks Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from the job site Able to lift 75 lbs.
