Monday-Friday + travel | Overtime as needed Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Commercial Electrical / Maintenance Technician who can take ownership of field work, operate independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results. This is not an entry-level role—you should be confident troubleshooting complex issues, making decisions in the field, and completing work without constant direction. What Sets This Role Apart ✔ Company vehicle provided ✔ Consistent commercial service work (no gaps) ✔ Autonomy in the field, trusted to run your jobs ✔ Opportunity to move into senior leadership roles Key Responsibilities Lead commercial electrical service, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately Work independently with minimal supervision Ensure all work meets NEC and company standards Track time, materials, and complete detailed service documentation Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Travel to job sites throughout the week Minimum Qualifications 5-10 years of commercial electrical service experience Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field Strong understanding of NEC and safety standards Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and making field decisions Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Master or Journeyman Electrician (10+ years experience) Experience with multi-trade maintenance Bucket truck, scissor lift, and boom lift experience CDL license Experience with Procore, Bolt, and digital documentation systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75-100 lbs Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan (including Roth IRA options) This job description is intended to outline the general nature and scope of this role.
