Job Description

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE REGIONAL MANAGER
The Regional Manager provides strategic and functional leadership across multiple branches and teams within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving performance, consistency, safety, and profitability by leading Operations, Fleet, and Client Care teams. The Regional Manager sets goals and initiatives in alignment with Company themes, analyzes performance, develops leadership talent, and effectively partners cross-functionally with HR, Safety, Finance, Contract Administration, and Business Development teams.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS
Growth and Development of the Regional market. Serves as the direct report for area branch teams, as well as the Divisional point person from the VP of Maintenance. Define, develop, and execute a three-year growth plan for each branch location and any future regional acquisitions, satellite locations, or branch opening goals. Identify, target, and develop relationships with commercial landscape maintenance clients to promote Greenscape recognition throughout the region. Utilize expertise and relationships in the assigned market to maximize the potential of sales opportunities across assigned region. Work with branch teams to establish long-term client relationships with clients and with vendors throughout the region to maximize service delivery and purchasing opportunities. Support branches on daily operational decisions to maximize gross and net profit returns. Partner with Regional Sales Manager to ensure optimal client attraction and retention. Support branch teams in onboarding and company processes and procedures. Represent the company along with Business Development team at trade shows, association meetings, and other functions.
  • Oversee regional asset management including vehicles, equipment, shops, and customer worksites.
  • Participate in strategic planning, leadership meetings, and cross functional initiatives.
  • Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives as assigned.
  • Build & maintain, lead & manage, a highly effective team of management professionals through the following:
  • Drive accountability through performance monitoring, data analysis, and regular review of key metrics.
  • Lead personnel management efforts including succession planning, leadership development, coaching, and performance management of direct and indirect reports.
  • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of safety policies and regulatory compliance across all branches within the region.
  • Ensure client satisfaction; meet with key clients and as needed for escalations; seek sales growth opportunities; support business development activities.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between branches, departments, and executive leadership

REQUIREMENTS 5
years prior Branch Management experience preferred. 3+ years Landscape management and operations experience prefered. Prior business and sales development experience preferred. Strong work ethic. Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems and programs. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Flexible schedule to accommodate extended needs of the business, as may be required. Strong business acumen. Committed to customer service and satisfaction. Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus.

From $130,000.00 per year
