As a Maintenance Supervisor & Planner at Hitachi Energy, you will play a critical role in shaping safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role blends hands-on leadership with forward-looking maintenance planning—giving you the opportunity to influence asset reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement across production and facility equipment. You will guide and develop skilled maintenance technicians while partnering closely with production, engineering, and EHS teams to maximize uptime and performance. From preventive and predictive maintenance planning to reliability initiatives and cost control, your work will directly support our commitment to safety, quality, sustainability, and operational excellence. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and inter-nal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians across disciplines Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure quality, timely execution Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability UseCMMS/EAM
