Crew Supervisor Mowing Crew / Landscape Maintenance Crew

MLI is hiring motivated Crew Supervisors to lead landscape maintenance (Mowing Crew) crews of 3+ team members. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with overtime available during peak seasons. Must have experience with zero turn, sit down and standers and/or walk behind mowers. At least 2 out of 3 preferable. We're looking for dependable leaders who can stay on schedule, complete daily tasks efficiently, and motivate their crews to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage/work on a crew of 3 or more team members
• Run dedicated mowing routes and complete assigned landscape tasks
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment, mowing equipment
• Assist with snow removal during winter months (including on-call and overnight hours as needed)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Maintain professionalism with clients and team members

Schedule:

• Typically Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM start time until jobs are completed (usually between 3:30-5:00 PM)
• Occasional weekend work for weather-related delays
• Winter hours vary with work load

Requirements:

• Valid, clean driver's license
• Must be insurable to drive company vehicles
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Experience driving trucks and trailers
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment
• Flexible and dependable with strong leadership skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs and preform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Equipment Experience (Preferred but not Required):
• Stand-on mowers
• Zero-turn/sit-down mowers
• Walk-behind mowers
• Push mowers
• Familiarity with Stihl equipment is a plus
• Snow removal equipment
