We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our Assisted Living Facility located in Suffolk, VA Responsibilities & Duties for
Maintenance Supervisor:
oversight of day-to-day operations at an Assistant Living Facility to include building inspections, supervision of maintenance, housekeeping, and dietary programs. Must be able to respond to facility emergencies Assure facility safety by monitoring building inspection reports, conducting evacuation drills as applicable, training staff in emergency procedures, and participating in life safety code surveys/inspections. Monitoring staff resources. Approve and manage staff work schedules, assuring that schedules meet program and consumers' needs; review and approve leave requests, ensuring adequacy of coverage.
Qualifications and Skills for:
Maintenance Supervisor:
Must possess knowledge of commercial facility operations Bachelor's degree in the related field, or have the equivalent experience At least 3 years of supervisory experience Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record Long term Care experience preferred but not required Basic knowledge of DBHDS regulations and or DSS standards preferred but not required Benefits for
