) Tappahannock, VA | Sawmill, Pellet Mill, and Pallet Operations Competitive Pay - Based on Experience We are actively seeking a hands-on, results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our sawmill, wood pellet mill, and pallet manufacturing facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will directly drive uptime, safety, and operational performance. Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations across mechanical and electrical systems Drive preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment using schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals Manage maintenance projects from planning through completion—on time and within budget Train, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians Ensure full compliance with safety standards, including high voltage and industrial systems Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventoryWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
