Job Description

Property and Maintenance Manager Good Shepherd Housing Foundation of Woodbridge Va. - GSHF GSHF is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community through faith-centered programs and compassionate outreach. We are seeking a reliable and organized Property and Maintenance Manager to care for our homes so that our ministry can operate safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all GSHF properties and facilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs Coordinate and manage outside vendors and contractors as needed Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning buildings and grounds Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and equipment inventory Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper facility standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar hands-on role Strong mechanical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and respond to urgent maintenance needs A personal commitment to Christian faith and alignment with the mission of GSHF This is a vital behind-the-scenes role that directly supports the ministry and people we serve.
