Job Description

Maintenance Head - Motel 6, Aberdeen, WA We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee the upkeep and repair of our Aberdeen, WA Motel 6 property. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping rooms, common areas, and building systems in top condition for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, hallways, exterior, and pool/laundry areas Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests Manage preventive maintenance schedules and keep records Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies Ensure compliance with safety codes and health regulations Supervise and assist any additional maintenance staff
Requirements:
2+ years of hotel/motel or facilities maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work weekends/holidays as needed Valid driver's license Join a team that takes pride in providing clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodations for every guest.
Pay:
$3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
