Full‑time Position Overview The Floating Maintenance Supervisor supports multiple residential properties within the Bellevue area, ensuring all communities receive consistent, high‑quality maintenance service. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working independently while supporting on‑site teams. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance across assigned properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and appliance repair. Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining strong communication with property managers and residents. Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and preventative repair opportunities. Support turnover of vacant units, including painting, repairs, and preparation for new residents. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Provide guidance to on‑site maintenance teams when needed. Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial property settings. Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry). Ability to work independently and travel between properties within Bellevue. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
