Maintenance Supervisor- Night Shift

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the night shift maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimal production downtime. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner. Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and efficiency. Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians to support skill development and team performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment history. Assist with planning and execution of equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdown projects. Ensure proper inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred. Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work night shift hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
