Facilities Maintenance Director (CP)

Maintenance Director Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring for a Maintenance Director. This is a full time position that reports to the Executive Director of the facility. If you enjoy doing something different every day, working inside AND outside, interacting with seniors and fixing problems, this opportunity is for you. Job Duties:

• Ability to perform basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs is highly preferred.
• Record Keeping, Housekeeping.
• Comfortable in assessing a problem and coordinating quotes from third party vendors when necessary.
• Minimize the waste of supplies and misuse of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds (i.e. parking areas, driveways, courtyards, etc.)
• The ability to work well in a team environment is a must!
• Strong communication skills and good decision-making capabilities.
• Some minor flexibility in hours and days worked.
• Comfortability interacting with other staff, residents, families, and guests.
