Job Description

Overview:
The Maintenance Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and operational efficiency of our residential community. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for addressing maintenance issues, conducting repairs, and performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Diagnose and repair issues in apartments such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and seasonal upkeep. Conduct apartment turnovers, including painting and cleaning. Ensure all maintenance and repairs comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory and equipment, and keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Assist in maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of the property grounds. Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a residential setting. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. Strong communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school preferred.

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
