Job Description

We are looking for an experienced building Maintenance Supervisor! The Maintenance Manager ensures that the operations of the property in assigned area of oversight are in compliance with the standards and expectations of Operational Excellence, other stated guidelines to include state and Federal. Normal schedule is 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday including weekends every 6 weeks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with Manager to ensure that budgets are followed and achieved, where possible. Ensures that company procurement standards are met. Collaborates with Manager to ensure that maintenance contracts meet or exceed the best possible quality and expense standards. Ensures that all Physical Product Practices (P3) of Operational Excellence are followed, monitored, and completed. Collaborates with Manager to ensure proper execution of the approved preventative maintenance schedule established for assigned property. Implements and maintains environmentally-responsible guidelines, as outlined by ownership. Ensures that on-call maintenance and emergency response is executed, as required. Ensures understanding and effective use of property maintenance and employment-related software, as necessary. Collaborates with Property Manager to ensure that resident concerns are appropriately addressed in a timely manner. Ensures the delivery of great customer service to residents. May perform other duties in the categories above as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years in skilled maintenance work preferred.
