Director of Landscape Maintenance
  • Monroe, WA (Onsite) Own the Operation. Build the Team. Strengthen the Brand. We're hiring a Director to take full ownership of our landscape maintenance operations and build a high-performing, client-focused organization at scale . This role requires someone who can drive results, build strong internal culture, and develop lasting client relationships

If you've successfully led multi-location operations, improved margins, and built teams that clients trust and rely on, this is your opportunity to lead from the front. What You Bring 8-12+ years in landscape maintenance or field service operations 5+ years leading multi-branch or regional teams Proven ability to improve operational performance while maintaining strong client relationships Strong P&L ownership and business acumen Experience building structured, accountable, and team-oriented cultures A leadership style that balances high standards with professionalism and respect What You'll Own Operational Performance Lead multi-region operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and accountability Build and enforce processes that ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery Create systems that scale while maintaining a strong reputation in every market Financial Results Own the division P&L and drive profitable growth Improve margins through efficiency, planning, and disciplined execution Track and manage key metrics including productivity, cost control, and job profitability Performance-based bonus with defined KPIs and uncapped upside Leadership & Culture Build and lead a team culture grounded in: Accountability Professionalism Respect and teamwork Develop regional leaders who can deliver results and represent the company well Address performance directly while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented environment Client Relationships & Brand Reputation Ensure every market delivers a consistent, high-quality client experience Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Step into important accounts to reinforce trust and long-term partnerships Partner with sales to ensure growth aligns with service excellence and retention Who This Role Is For Leaders who believe strong teams and strong client relationships drive long-term success Operators who can hold high standards without sacrificing professionalism Builders who care about how results are achieved—not just the outcome Professionals who take pride in representing their company in the field and with clients The Opportunity Lead and shape a national service platform Build a culture that employees are proud of and clients trust Drive measurable impact across operations, financial performance, and reputation
