Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor position available at mid sized multifamily property in Olympia, WA. The ideal has a working knowledge of maintenance procedures, ability to build and maintain vendor relations and understands the value of time management and Fair Housing Law. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to ensure timely performance of preventative maintenance, apartment turns, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, appliance and carpentry concerns and ensure that work orders are responded to professionally and promptly, providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience. Requirements for this position include a minimum five (5) years of maintenance supervisor experience, current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Other requirements include proficient computer, verbal and written communication skills, a polite and professional approach and excellence in customer service. This is a full time position of 40 hours per week (which may include Saturdays and fill in at alternate property sites) and the ability to perform emergency on call duties.
