Maintenance Director Offering a $500 Sign On Bonus Are you a contractor looking for a unique career doing what you love? Highland Court is hiring for a Maintenance Director. This position would be well suited for someone with knowledge of modern construction practices and a remodel background. Qualifications +
Job Duties:
- Ability to perform basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs is highly preferred.
- Comfortable in assessing a problem and coordinating quotes from third party vendors when necessary.
- Minimize the waste of supplies and misuse of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds (i.e. parking areas, driveways, courtyards, etc.)
- Must be able to use computer for basic information entry
- The ability to work well in a team environment is a must
- Strong communication skills and good decision-making capabilities.
- Some minor flexibility in hours and days worked.
- Comfortability interacting with other staff, residents, families, and guests.
