Position Number 41146 Company Hanford Mission Integration So City/State Richland, WA Location MO2293 Posted 05/14/2026 Closes 05/21/2026 Regular/Temporary Regular Full/Part-Time Full-Time Job Duties/Scope Of Work This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of electricians within the Maintenance Electrical Service organization. This role may involve working a swing shift; however, all shifts are subject to change based on business needs. Essential job duties associated with this position include: Assisting planners, engineers, and schedulers in planning and executing work efficiently. Managing and overseeing bargaining unit personnel to ensure timely and effective completion of scheduled maintenance activities. Coordinating all activities related to the assigned work scope with customer representatives. Recommending personnel actions for assigned staff in accordance with HMIS policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Planning and scheduling resources to meet work priorities effectively. Working directly with bargaining unit personnel in the field to maintain safe, continuous operations. Engaging and collaborating with operations and other stakeholders at all organizational levels. Managing personnel and allocating resources within budgetary constraints. Investigating and reporting all workplace events and incidents promptly. Ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Supporting the implementation and management of work packages and the overall work management process. Determining schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority, equipment availability, and personnel skill levels. Monitoring employees' work levels, reviewing performance, and providing feedback. Recommending personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures as necessary. Conducting or coordinating worker training in safety protocols, repair and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, and equipment use. Performing other duties as assigned by management. Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in performing operational objectives as a Supervisor
- OR•in a previous leadership role.
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program. Excavation Competent Person Extensive Knowledge of the National Electrical Code. The ability to plan and execute electrical work, this includes drawings, ordering parts, and estimating time. Compensation & Benefits Grade 18: $109,013
