Plateau Motors Shop Foreman / Diagnostic Technician Sammamish, WA $50-$65/hour + performance bonus tied to shop efficiency Monday - Friday, No Nights, No Weekends Every shop has that one person everyone goes to when things don't make sense. This role is for that person. Plateau Motors is looking for a strong diagnostic technician who can also lead from the floor. Someone who can solve problems, support the team, and help keep the shop running efficiently without creating tension or ego.
