This position is responsible for leading daily landscape operations, maintaining exceptionally high property standards, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail. The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in their work, communicates well with both clients and crew members, and has strong experience in high-end landscape maintenance and estate care. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew during daily operations. Maintain the overall appearance and health of the estate grounds to the highest standard. Oversee lawn care, pruning, edging, irrigation, planting, seasonal cleanup, and general landscape maintenance. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper coverage and efficiency. Perform regular property walkthroughs and proactively identify areas needing attention or improvement. Train crew members on proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and company standards. Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets client expectations. Operate and oversee the safe use of landscaping equipment and tools. Maintain equipment and report maintenance or repair needs promptly. Communicate professionally with management and estate representatives regarding property needs, scheduling, and project updates. Assist with landscape enhancement projects including planting, garden bed installation, drainage improvements, and seasonal color rotations. Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience required. Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred. Lawn and turf care experience Irrigation systems knowledge Pruning and plant care experience Seasonal landscape maintenance experience General horticulture practices Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-end estate standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor. Ability to lift heavy materials and operate landscaping equipment safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
