We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead who takes pride in their work, runs a tight crew, and shows up ready to perform. What you'll do Lead and manage a maintenance crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards Train, mentor, and develop crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site Responsibly operate and drive company trucks between job sites Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues promptly What we're looking for Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance Minimum 1 year of experience as a crew lead Proficiency operating mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
