Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of technicians, ensure timely completion of work orders, perform preventative maintenance, complete unit turns, and maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and contractors. Complete unit turns within expected timeline Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, facilities, or property. Assign and prioritize work orders, ensuring efficient and timely completion. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Assist in budget planning and control for maintenance operations. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 5+ years of maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in using maintenance management systems (Leo/Yardi/CRM) is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
