We need a professional and experienced manager who can take the helm of a busy shop, keep the work flowing, keep the work safe, and maintain a high standard of quality. An individual who can see the big picture and communicate with customers, vendors, and their team, in order to achieve shop goals. Located right off the freeway just 2 blocks north of the Broadway Flying J we are an easy commute. Our shop hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm and our business hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Our employees enjoy their nights and weekends off. Northwest Trailer Center is locally owned and managed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Management experience
• HD truck and trailer experience
• Leadership abilities
• Customer service focused
• Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Someone who can make sound decisions in complex situations
• Detail oriented

Job Requirements:

• Explain service recommendations and options to customers
• Communicate schedule and job progress to customers
• Supervise repair and maintenance quality
• Track, organize, and prioritize shop jobs
• Manage workflow and schedule
• Assign jobs to Technicians based on abilities
• Work with Technicians on coordinating repairs
• Estimate shop jobs
• Manage shop safety
• Manage quality control

Employment Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Background Check
