This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team dedicated to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our transportation assets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal fleet performance Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and service providers Monitor vehicle performance and diagnose issues to minimize downtime Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of parts, and inventory control Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs Conduct regular fleet inspections and oversee vehicle safety programs Analyze fleet data to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in fleet management, maintenance, or a related field Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to develop and manage budgets and procurement processes Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills and attention to detail Relevant certifications such as ASE or equivalent are preferred Join our organization and be part of a company that values safety, innovation, and professional growth.
