Join Our Growing Property Management & Development Team We are a rapidly growing property management and property development company seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Technician to join our team. Our company manages multiple multifamily apartment communities and residential homes throughout Tacoma, while also building new developments across the city. We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality properties and delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is a capable self-starter with strong leadership abilities, a solid maintenance background, and experience managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently. Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor / Technician will oversee maintenance operations across several apartment communities and residential homes. This role includes supervising the maintenance team, coordinating repairs and vendors, completing hands-on maintenance work, and assisting with construction-related projects as needed. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records of tools, receipts, invoices, and maintenance activities. General Responsibilities Manage and lead the maintenance team Oversee maintenance and repairs for apartment communities and residential homes Complete service requests efficiently, professionally, and courteously Coordinate unit turnovers and prepare units for occupancyMaintain and safeguard company tools and equipmentCoordinate with vendors including Home Depot, appliance suppliers, and contractors Perform exterior grounds and building maintenance including: Roof and gutter cleaning Drain maintenance Grounds cleanup Snow removal and deicing (when applicable) Assist with construction and renovation projects as directed Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. Required Skills & Experience Maintenance & Repair Skills Painting (interior and exterior) Skilled with rollers, brushes, and paint sprayers. Drywall repair Cutting, taping, mudding, texturing, and painting Appliance troubleshooting, repair, and installation Cabinet repair and installation Carpentry work including: Doors and jambs, Countertops, Cabinets Trim and moldings Light electrical work including: Light fixtures, OutletsGarbage, disposals Smoke alarms Light demolition and renovations Light plumbing repair and installation including: Faucets, Sinks, Toilets, Drains, Water heaters. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Consistent work history with verifiable references Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and reference check Valid driver's license Physically able to:

Lift heavy materials: Bend, kneel, stoop, and climb ladders. Push, pull, balance, and carry equipment Construction and renovation experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
