This pivotal role combines technical expertise with management skills to ensure the seamless operation, safety, and efficiency of all facility systems. You will drive maintenance strategies, work with our parts and equipment vendors, and implement innovative solutions that support our production goals while upholding the high standards of our company. You will work directly with our GM/Headgrower to support our small company with diverse needs. Outside of equipment management we have build-out projects to be completed on the property and in new rooms. Occasional tasks like picking up pallets and supplies for the facility. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and basic plumbing is required. Knowledge of carpentry and construction is highly desired. Individuals with relevant skills and experience may be eligible for a higher wage.

Air Conditioning/heat pumps Dehumidifiers, mounted and portable Irrigation systems Lighting Drainage Security cameras & sensors We are looking for a positive individual with a 'can-do' attitude who is capable of working with management & employees, has good communication skills, and is consistent with performance and capabilities. Responsibilities Lead and manage the upkeep for industrial/packaging equipment, electrical systems, HVAC , ensuring optimal performance and safety. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of complex machinery using schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Supervise installation projects involving electrical panels, HVAC systems, and other facility infrastructure components. Monitor facility operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, including electrical safety standards such as high voltage protocols. Manage vendor relationships for specialized services like industrial electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and equipment procurement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in facilities management to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and promote sustainable practices. Provide leadership in emergency response planning related to electrical failures or mechanical breakdowns. This requires an ability to be flexible at times to aid in emergency situations like generator failure. Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Contactable references or letters of recommendation are required to interview. HVAC certification is highly desired Ability to work around Cannabis plants Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in electrical systems—including low voltage and high voltage applications—and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters. Supervisory experience leading technical teams in fast-paced settings with a focus on safety and operational excellence. Expense tracking and projections for projects Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, control systems, and HVAC system operation. Excellent project management skills to oversee installations, upgrades, or repairs from planning through execution. Fluency in English with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments effectively. Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately; experience with industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
