Job Description

About the Role As a Plant Reliability Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency through advanced maintenance strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that technical systems operate at peak performance to meet production goals. Responsibilities Direct the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance programs to eliminate equipment losses. Lead and mentor technical staff, providing the training and resources necessary to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Collaborate with production leadership to proactively identify and resolve equipment degradation before it impacts safety or quality. Optimize asset performance by managing maintenance budgets, logistics, and long-term facility planning. Drive the Zero-Loss initiative by integrating operator-led maintenance and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot complex industrial automation and mechanical systems. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or reliability engineering. Proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment, including personnel management and safety oversight. Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical equipment manuals. Strong expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP software for maintenance scheduling and inventory control. Demonstrated success in developing maintenance teams and coaching staff for career growth. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
