Maintenance Team Leader Sunday-Thursday 9p-5a Overtime as needed Starting Wage $41.50/hr PLUS $2/hr shift premium

Summary Statement:

The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the execution and support of the maintenance-oriented activities, which will achieve the desired results of Food Safety/Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety. This position will lead and direct the day-to-day activities of highly skilled maintenance employees to ensure that the accurate plans, procedures and routines are carried out.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for all maintenance related activities during their shift Participate in and direct troubleshooting activities in the event of equipment failure including participation in failure analysis and problem solving Perform maintenance tasks as needed to include PM's, rebuilds or covering production lines Use SAP system to coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance processes, and support others in use of the work order system Handles work requests through a computerized maintenance management system (SAP) Coordinate staffing to ensure the highest level of departmental coverage and maintain appropriate shift crew level to meet staffing requirements Communicates and implements all Company, Plant, and Departmental work rules and policies. Ensures consistency with constant communication within the Maintenance Department Ensure that employees have the vital training, information, tools and direction to get the manufacturing lines started on time while achieving optimal performance throughout the production shifts Facilitate monthly reporting on performance against KPI measures Actively participates with the Plant Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Mechanics in the implementation of the maintenance continuous plan Perform observations for both improved safety and quality as required Actively participates in tasks required to support KHMS Complete all other tasks as assigned

Contacts/Organizational Relationships:

The Maintenance Team Leader will report to the Maintenance Manager and be a primary resource to lead the plant maintenance process for the operational areas. This position works directly with the maintenance employees, the Plant Leadership Team, and plant engineering resources to drive improvements.

Qualifications & Working Environment:

A minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience (preferred) A minimum of three years' maintenance experience Must have a strong mechanical background A solid understanding of SAP (preferred) and experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must have demonstrated leadership skills in motivating, mentoring and involvement concepts Ability to generate solutions to plant equipment, process, packaging and operational problems Ability to lift up to 50lbs English Language Skills

• Able to speak, read, and write Must adhere to all Kraft Heinz Policies as stated in the Employee Handbook and follow internal Kraft Heinz Procedures Ability to maintain high focus while working at a computer workstation, walk/stand, kneel, crouch, stoop or bend with occasional repetitive motions Ability to work at heights Work in a temperature-controlled environment while occasionally being exposed to outdoor elements Must be flexible with scheduling•this position may require extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
